- FIGHTER: Raised by a single mother in section 8 housing, Mark understands the challenges faced by working families.
- ADVOCATE: Mark has spent years working in our communities and his leadership in this district helped him get elected to the Chair of the LA County Democratic Party.
- LEADER: As an active leader in his community, Mark has been a voice to help elect champions to benefit the community.
- MEMBER CHAMPION: Mark has been a longtime supporter of SEIU members, fighting to pass the $25/hr healthcare minimum wage, authored resolutions supporting striking SEIU members, and facilitating bargaining sessions.

VOTING IN CALIFORNIA IS SIMPLE
Every registered voter receives a ballot in the mail.
YOU CAN VOTE 3 DIFFERENT WAYS:
- BY MAIL. Send your ballot back no stamp is needed. Must be postmarked by November 5.
- DROP SITE. You can return your ballot to a drop site. Go to www.sos.ca.gov to find the nearest one to you.
- IN PERSON. Find your nearest polling place at www.sos.ca.gov.
