Starting October 20 and through November 3 Election Day, you can register and vote on the same day at your county elections office or during in-person voting hours at a polling place or vote center.
when to request a "provisional" ballot
It is your right as a voter to cast a provisional ballot regardless of any issues you might face at the polling place. Your provisional ballot is counted after election officials have confirmed the validityofyourvoter registration and that you did not already vote in the election.
